When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Orders over £50 qualify for free home delivery.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Pillows, mattresses and toppers come with a 100-night trial. Not completely happy? Simply return your product and receive a full refund.
Bedding and accessories can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
What materials are your products made from?
Our bedding is made from 100% cotton satin with a 300 thread count, softer than the bedding found in many luxury hotels. Our materials are also antibacterial, hypoallergenic and OEKO-TEX® certified.
