How does the 10 year guarantee work?
After your 100 night trial, you are covered by our full 10 year guarantee. If anything goes wrong during that time, just contact our Dream Team and we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. That is peace of mind sorted.

How does the 100 night trial work?
Super simple. You can test your Cloudpillo Mattress at home for 100 nights. If you are not completely satisfied, we will pick it up free of charge and refund the full amount to your account. The trial starts on the day your mattress is delivered.
We are always looking for ways to improve, so we welcome any feedback you might have.
How long does the mattress take to expand?
Once unpacked, the mattress takes about 48 hours to fully expand. However, it will already be suitable to sleep on after just 1 hour.
How is delivery handled?
We do everything we can to ensure your delivery goes smoothly. As soon as the courier picks up your Cloudpillo Mattress, we will send you an email with the expected delivery date. The courier will then keep you updated with a track and trace link.
For larger mattress sizes, we will contact you personally to arrange the best delivery time. You will still receive a confirmation email and tracking updates from the courier.
