How does the 100 night trial work?
It’s super simple. Try the Cloudpillo Mattress in the comfort of your own home for 100 nights. If you’re not completely happy, we’ll pick it up free of charge and refund you in full. The trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered.
We’re always looking for ways to improve, so we’d love to hear your feedback if something didn’t feel quite right.
How long does the mattress take to fully expand?
Once unpacked, the mattress takes about 48 hours to fully expand. However, it will already be suitable to sleep on after just 1 hour.
How is delivery handled?
We do everything we can to ensure your delivery goes smoothly. As soon as the courier picks up your Cloudpillo Mattress, we will send you an email with the expected delivery date. The courier will then keep you updated with a track and trace link.
For larger mattress sizes, we will contact you personally to arrange the best delivery time. You will still receive a confirmation email and tracking updates from the courier.
