If something is not quite right with your Cloudpillo, we will sort it out. Whether that means a replacement or in some cases a full refund, we will make sure you are sleeping easy again soon.

How we’ll make it right

Your Cloudpillo is built to last, but if it falls short of your dreams, we’re here to fix it.

Depending on what’s gone wrong, we’ll either:


Repair your product:

We might send you a new cover, extra filling, or replacement parts to get everything feeling brand new again.


Replace your product:

We’ll send you a fresh, brand new version of the same item.


Refund your purchase:

If that’s the fastest way to get things sorted, we’ll issue a full or partial refund. No stress, we’ve got you.

Things to consider before claiming your warranty

Our warranty only covers products with faults caused by manufacturing issues.

 

• If your item has been damaged for any other reason, unfortunately it is not covered.

• We are unable to repair, replace or refund items that:

• Have stains from use (Good news: the outer cover is washable)

• Are damaged due to incorrect use

• Are unhygienic or in poor condition

• Have been used in water (Cloudpillo products are not swimmers)

• Have been damaged by not following the care instructions (Hold off on cutting out those labels!)

• Have been deliberately damaged

What you’ll need to make a claim

To help you quickly, our dream team will need proof of purchase. Please have the following details ready:


• The date you bought your product

• The price you paid

• Your order number


We will also need:


• Photos showing any faults or defects

• A short description of what has gone wrong

• The product batch code (you’ll find this on the bottom of the box or on the care label inside the product)
