If it is not quite right for you, no worries. You can return it free of charge during the trial period. Simple and stress free.

Which product would you like to return?
Sometimes a product might not be quite right for you. If it is still within the return period, you can easily send it back.
Please note: if you purchased a buy one get one free deal, both products must be returned together. It is not possible to return just one of them.
It takes time for your body to get used to a new pillow or mattress, especially if you have been sleeping on your old one for years. That is completely normal.
That is why we recommend trying a pillow for at least 10 nights and a mattress for a minimum of 4 weeks. This gives your body the chance to properly adjust, so you can truly feel the benefits of better sleep.

You can return our products within 100 days.
You can return your item through our return portal. Make sure to use the email address you used when placing your order. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email.
If it still does not work, it might be due to being outside the return period or another issue. In that case, please contact our customer service at support@cloudpillo.nl and we will gladly assist you.
That is not a problem. If you no longer have the original packaging or if the item no longer fits inside, you can pack it securely in a different box or bag. For mattresses and toppers, be sure to wrap them properly in plastic, such as bin bags, and fold them if possible.
That is no issue at all. In our return portal, you can choose from several options that allow you to use a QR code instead of printing a label.
If you have discarded or reused some of the extra filling, you can still return your pillow. That will not affect your return.
We agree. That is why for mattresses and toppers you can choose the Dynalogic option. You can schedule a pickup and we will collect it from your home. Easy and convenient.
We ensure that your refund is processed within 14 days of your return arriving at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded using the original payment method. If you have not received your money after 14 days, please contact our customer service at support@cloudpillo.com and we will look into it for you.
We do our best to donate as many returned items as possible to good causes. We work with several national and international charities, including Stichting Burger Initiatief Nederland.
Mattresses and toppers that cannot be donated are processed by Matras Recycling Nederland.
