What is the Cloudpillo Down and Feather Duvet made from
The outer shell is made from 100 percent percale cotton. Inside, it is filled with 85 percent duck feathers and 15 percent duck down. This combination creates a duvet that is warm yet breathable, giving you comfort without any stuffiness.
My duvet has an odd smell. Is that normal
Yes, and here is why. The Cloudpillo Down and Feather Duvet is made entirely from natural materials. After production, each duvet is vacuum packed to support a more sustainable shipping process and to maintain quality. This can create a stronger scent when first opened. No worries though. Simply give it some time to air out and fluff it up regularly. The smell will naturally fade.
Can I wash the Cloudpillo Down and Feather Duvet
We recommend not washing it unless absolutely necessary. A down and feather duvet needs very little maintenance. Shake it out from time to time and hang it outside to air.
If you do choose to wash it, you can put it in the machine at 40 degrees. Dry it on a low setting with a few tennis balls to help it fluff up again. Make sure the duvet is completely dry before you use it. Do not dry it in direct sunlight.
Note: the duvet may have a strong smell when wet, but this will disappear once it is fully dry.
How is delivery arranged
We do everything we can to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. Once the courier has collected your Cloudpillo Down and Feather Duvet, you will receive an email with the expected delivery date. The courier will then keep you updated with tracking information.

How does the two year warranty work
After your 100 night trial, you will have a full two year warranty. If anything goes wrong during that time, simply contact our Dream Team and we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. That is one less thing to worry about.
Note: the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, such as stains, tears or if the fabric has been tampered with.
