Please note: this cover is not suitable for the Cloudpillo Recharge, Air, or other pillow models.
How does the 2-year guarantee work?
After your 100-night trial, your Cloudpillo outer cover is backed by our full 2-year guarantee. If anything goes wrong within this period, simply contact our Dream Team and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost. Now that’s peace of mind.

How is delivery arranged
We do everything we can to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. Once the courier has collected your Cloudpillo Down and Feather Duvet, you will receive an email with the expected delivery date. The courier will then keep you updated with tracking information.
