How does the 30-day return work?
You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it. Changed your mind? Simply send it back to us. Please note: returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original condition.
How does the 2-year warranty work?
After the 100-night trial, you receive a full 2-year warranty. If something goes wrong during that period, simply contact our Dream Team and you will immediately receive a new replacement, at no additional cost. A reassuring thought, right? 👍

How does delivery work?
We do everything we can to make delivery run smoothly. As soon as the parcel service has collected your Cloudpillo Nest from us, you will receive an email with the expected delivery date. The parcel service will then keep you informed about the shipment via track and trace.
Can I pay in instalments?
Of course! You can choose between paying in three instalments with Klarna, or in three instalments with In3.
Is the Pillow Protector responsibly produced?
Yes. All our materials are certified according to the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. This means they’ve been thoroughly tested and proven to be free from harmful substances. That helps us sleep easier too.
Can I wash the pillow protector?
Yes. You can wash the pillow protector at 60°C.
