How does the 10 year guarantee work?
After your 100 night trial, you get 10 full years of warranty. If something goes wrong during that time, just reach out to our Dream Team and we will send you a new mattress at no extra cost. Now that is peace of mind.
(The warranty does not cover damage caused by user error such as stains, tears or holes. Or if you try to modify the mattress yourself. But why would you want to?)
How is delivery handled?
We do everything we can to make sure your delivery goes smoothly. As soon as the courier collects your Cloudpillo Topper Plus from us, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date. The courier will then keep you updated via track and trace.
Can I pay in instalments?

It is super simple. You can test the Cloudpillo Topper Plus at home for 100 nights. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within that time and we will refund the full amount. The trial period begins the day you receive your topper.
How long does it take for the topper to expand?
Once you have unpacked the topper, it takes around 48 to 72 hours to fully expand.
