You can return the Cloudpillo Nest free of charge within that period, and we will refund the full amount to your bank account. The trial period starts on the day you receive the Cloudpillo Nest at home. Because we are always looking for ways to improve, we would love to hear what didn’t work for you.
How does the 2-year warranty work?
After the 100-night trial, you receive a full 2-year warranty. If something goes wrong during that period, simply contact our Dream Team and you will immediately receive a new replacement, at no additional cost. A reassuring thought, right? 👍

How does delivery work?
We do everything we can to make delivery run smoothly. As soon as the parcel service has collected your Cloudpillo Nest from us, you will receive an email with the expected delivery date. The parcel service will then keep you informed about the shipment via track and trace.
