What will you do and learn?
As a Customer Service Intern at Cloudpillo, you will work alongside our Customer Service Team and be in daily contact with our customers. You will get the chance to be part of one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies in the Netherlands and learn how customer satisfaction directly contributes to the success of an organisation.
This includes:
- Answering customer questions via email, phone and chat
- Supporting administrative tasks such as processing orders and returns
- Contributing ideas to improve our customer service and customer satisfaction
- Supporting marketing and sales campaigns
- Working with systems such as Shopify, Gorgias, Excel, Monta Portal and other e-commerce tools
Who are you?
- You are studying towards a vocational qualification in Commercial Services or a similar programme
- You are a strong communicator and customer-oriented
- You speak and write excellent Dutch (English is a plus)
- You think in solutions and take initiative
- You are eager to learn and want to develop yourself
- You thrive in a dynamic environment
- A team player who can also work independently
