Customer Service Representative – German & English

Do you speak fluent German, excellent English, and can you communicate well in Dutch? Then we are looking for you!

Join our DreamTeam as a Customer Service Representative. From our office in 's-Hertogenbosch, you will help our customers every day, with an important focus on the German and English-speaking markets.

You are the first point of contact and make sure every customer feels heard and well supported. You think in solutions, take ownership of cases independently, and spot opportunities to make our service even better. Cloudpillo is growing fast, and our Customer Service team is growing with us.

What will you be doing?

Together with the Customer Service Team, you make sure our customers have the best possible experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Answering customer questions in German and English via email, phone, chat, and social media;
• Resolving customer questions, complaints, and more complex cases;
• Processing and following up on orders, returns, and refunds;
• Maintaining contact with external partners and sales platforms;
• Identifying recurring customer questions and opportunities to improve our processes;
• Thinking along about how we can make our service smarter, faster, and better.

Who are you?

• You are available fulltime;
• You speak and write fluent German — this is a strict requirement;
• You have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
• You can follow conversations in Dutch and make yourself understood;
• You are customer-focused, a strong communicator, and solution-oriented;
• You take initiative and feel responsible for your work;
• You work accurately and keep an overview, even when things get busy;
• You feel at home in a fast-growing e-commerce environment where not everything is fixed yet;
• Experience in customer service and/or e-commerce is a plus.
