AI & Automation Intern

Ever wondered what it really takes to make AI work, instead of just talking about it?

As one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies in the Netherlands, we don't treat AI as a side project. You might not build products that customers see here, but the impact you make happens inside the company: workflows that save hours of manual work, and reusable AI Skills the whole team can build on every day. You will work directly with our AI Specialist, learn to build with AI instead of just reading about it, and help the DreamTeam work smarter. Are you commercially minded, genuinely interested in AI, and eager to learn how to build with it? Then we are looking for you!

What you will do and learn

As an AI & Automation Intern, you sit right at the intersection of our people and our technology. Your focus will shift depending on your strengths, but you will always:

• Talk to colleagues across different departments to discover which repetitive tasks cost them the most time and energy
• Learn to build n8n workflows, Python scripts, small tools and APIs, with AI as your coding partner every step of the way
• Help turn what you build into reusable "AI Skills" that colleagues across Cloudpillo can use
• Get hands-on with tools like Claude, n8n and our growing AI Skill Library
• Meet weekly with our AI Specialist to discuss your progress, get feedback and keep developing yourself
• Build real technical skills from scratch (Python, HTML, APIs), safely and with guidance, even if you have never coded before

Who you are

• You are studying Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or something similar
• You are genuinely interested in AI. Not just "curious" - you already use it for real things
• You are not afraid to learn to code. You actually enjoy using AI itself to teach yourself
• You enjoy talking to people, and you approach every colleague to find out exactly what is slowing them down
• You are structured enough to finish what you start; this is not about endless experimenting
• Start date and duration are flexible
• A team player who can also work independently
