What is the standard size for pillowcases in the Dutch market?
Almost all regular pillows and pillowcases in the Benelux consistently use the dimensions of 60x70 centimeters. Our Cloudpillo pillowcases are also designed to this specific size, so that 95% of the pillows fit exactly and seamlessly.
Does a square Cloudpillo pillowcase also fit an ergonomic, corrugated neck pillow?
This often fits perfectly and easily! However, ergonomic and very compact neck pillows (e.g. 40x60) leave slightly more excess fabric in a standard 60x70 cover. You simply fold this empty flap elegantly away under the edge.
Can the Cloudpillo really no longer slip out of the pillowcase while turning?
We provide our premium pillowcases with a spacious 'hotel closure' or large, deep tuck-in flap on one short side. You press the wide cushion firmly under this, after which it is completely impossible for the edge to come loose during the night.
Is frequent hot and intensive washing of pillowcases harmful to the quality?
The fibers in facial textiles are heavily exposed to sebum, but are designed to be thoroughly cleaned. We strongly and enthusiastically recommend washing the pillowcases hygienically fresh every week at 60 degrees to ensure optimal clean performance.
