No. Both high-quality synthetic material and bamboo or some tightly woven cotton types can be extremely allergy-friendly. The most important requirement is that the weave is microscopically tight, and that you can easily wash the duvet at 60 degrees.
Does a special anti-allergy duvet feel soft or very stiff?
Many people are afraid that the dense and sealed fabric feels plasticky. This is unfounded! The latest generation of microfibers in our Cloudpillo collection is extremely breathable, silent and feels at least as velvety soft as pure cotton.
