As a Customer Service Representative at Cloudpillo, you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand our customers rely on. Whether it’s answering questions or resolving issues, you make sure every interaction ends with a happy customer.

You’ll:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
  • Work independently to handle emails, phone calls and social media messages.
  • Be part of our Customer Service team, contributing to a great sleep experience for our customers.

About You

  • You’re available at least 2 days per week.
  • You love thinking in solutions, not problems.
  • You have excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • English and/or German proficiency is a plus.
  • You’re a strong communicator.
  • You work in a structured, accurate way and stay calm under pressure.

Our office is located at Reitscheweg 1, ’s-Hertogenbosch (near the Woonboulevard).
