Junior Product Manager

As a Junior Product Manager, you are an essential link in the product development process. You act as a key coordinator, working closely with colleagues from marketing, customer service, operations, and finance — as well as with international suppliers and partners. Thanks to your structured approach and proactive attitude, you ensure that processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and all information is accurate and up to date across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer product development projects and related documentation.
  
• Coordinate new product introductions internally — from production to delivery at Cloudpillo — in collaboration with logistics, marketing, and customer service.
  
• Maintain communication with national and international suppliers, manufacturers, and sourcing partners.
  
• Prepare and support purchase orders in line with our standards (on time, complete, correct quality, margins, and delivery terms).
  
• Create and present reports on production and delivery progress, inbound and demand planning, and share accurate and timely information with internal stakeholders.
  
• Analyze returns and customer feedback, and propose structural improvements to our products.
  
• Ensure compliance with our standards in sustainability, product safety, and ethical sourcing.

• You hold a bachelor’s degree (HBO level) and have 1–3 years of work experience, preferably with an affinity for e-commerce and lifestyle/bedding or textiles.
