Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 100 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 100 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (who is not the carrier), physically receive the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us via an unambiguous statement (for example, by post, email, or other written communication) of your decision to cancel the agreement. You may use the model cancellation form, but this is not required. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your decision to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Returns are free when you use a standard delivery service. You will initially cover the return shipping costs, which we will refund along with your original payment once your return has been received.
If you made use of a volume discount or bundle deal and return part of your order so that you no longer meet the terms of the offer, we reserve the right to revise the original discount. This means the discounted price may no longer apply and you will be charged the standard price or a lower volume discount. The difference will be deducted from your total refund.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel the agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back in full and in good condition.
If your order included any “free gifts” or bonus items, these must also be returned in full and in good condition. If not, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after you informed us of your decision to cancel. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
We will cover the direct cost of returning the goods, provided the item is not from our outlet section and falls within the return period.
If you use our return label, please note that the risk of return remains with you as the customer. In the event of loss or damage during return shipping, you bear the responsibility. For higher-value orders, we recommend insuring your parcel and keeping proof of shipment.
