Can I also use this sheet to wrap my mattress and my thin topper together at the same time?
That's a fantastic hack! As long as the combined total thickness of both your topper and mattress does not exceed the maximum corner height of the fitted sheet (e.g. 35cm), the whole thing will fit together beautifully and seamlessly.
Do I choose a jersey stretch fabric or woven smooth cotton?
Jersey stretch has a lot of stretch; it stretches effortlessly and smoothly without ironing. Percal or satin cotton has no stretch, but is extremely cooling, smooth and gives that absolute, crisp hotel feeling under your shoulders.
Is washing at boiling temperatures allowed for extra hygiene?
