When does Black Out Friday start?
Friday 30 October 2026 at 6pm UK time. From that moment you can shop all the deals. Sign up and we'll give you a heads-up as soon as it starts.
Who gets their money back?
Are you one of the first 100 buyers from 6pm UK time? Then after verification you get your purchase amount back, up to €3,000 per order. After that, we pick 25 buyers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany every week for four weeks. You don't need to sign up for that.
When will I know if I'm one of them?
We'll email you in the week after your purchase, at the email address of your order. So you simply pay first, even if you're one of the first 100.
How do you pick the 25 buyers?
Every week we randomly pick 25 buyers from the participating orders in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Every order has the same chance.
Can I take part from my country?

How do I get my money back?
You simply pay for your order first. Are you one of the selected buyers? Then you'll get an email and we'll refund your purchase amount to your original payment method, in line with the promotion terms.
Do I get priority if I sign up?
No, signing up doesn't give you priority. You just get a handy heads-up at the start. We decide the first 100 by the moment of payment.
Do I really get my whole amount back?
Yes, up to €3,000 per order. If you're one of the first 100 buyers, after verification you get back the amount you paid, including shipping costs. Paid more than €3,000? Then you get €3,000 back. For orders in pounds, the equivalent in pounds applies. See the promotion terms.
Why wait until 30 October?
Only orders paid from Friday 30 October at 6pm UK time count towards the first 100. Ordering earlier? Then that order isn't part of this money-back promotion.
