Junior Controller

As a Junior Controller, you are part of the beating financial heart of Cloudpillo. You make sure our administration runs smoothly, our monthly closing is executed properly, and we stay in control of our cash flow. No day is the same. You process purchase and sales invoices, update the bank ledger, ensure VAT filings are submitted on time, and assist with monthly and annual reports.

We are looking for someone who is not only precise and analytical but also eager to help build the success of a young and fast growing ecommerce company. This role offers the opportunity to grow from an operational position into a strategic one within financial and business control.

You will work from our lively office in s Hertogenbosch and report directly to our Finance Director.

Your responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices
• Maintain the bank ledger and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Coordinate monthly closings and validate financial data
• Assist in drafting monthly and annual reports
• Monitor cash flow and prepare VAT returns
• Reconcile financial data from our PSPs and online marketplaces like Bol and Amazon

Who are you?

• You hold a completed bachelor or master degree in Finance, Business Economics or similar
• You have a strong affinity with financial systems and a hunger to learn
• You work accurately, independently and take initiative
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with others
• Experience in bookkeeping is a plus but not required. Motivation and eagerness to learn are more important to us
