Ready to help build one of Europe’s fastest growing sleep brands, from your own setup? We’re looking for a freelance video editor to help us create high-performing social media ads. At Cloudpillo we produce hundreds of videos per month and we’re looking for reinforcement to scale our content machine even further.
What will you do?
As a Freelance Video Editor you work closely with our Creative team and receive new content on a weekly basis (by arrangement). Your tasks include:
- Editing social media ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Turning raw footage into scroll-stopping, conversion-driven videos
- Working with and improving proven formats and hooks
- Creating strong edits with a feel for storytelling, emotion and pacing
- Using your own creativity to continuously improve content
- Editing videos for multiple markets (Netherlands, Germany, UK)
Who are you?
- You have demonstrable experience with video editing (portfolio required)
- You understand what works on social media (pacing, hooks, retention)
- You can switch quickly and deliver consistently
- You are available multiple hours per week to edit for Cloudpillo
- You think in impact and results, not just beautiful images
- You are independent, but open to feedback
- You communicate clearly and proactively (you ask questions and keep us informed)
- You work with a feedback tool (such as Frame.io) to coordinate edits efficiently
- Experience with YouTube and/or e-commerce ads is a big plus
