As our Customer Service Team Lead, you will oversee our customer care operations in the Netherlands (on site), Germany (remote) and the United Kingdom. You are enthusiastic, determined and driven to deliver outstanding service and make our customers happy every single day. You will work side by side with the team to resolve customer queries swiftly and expertly. No matter the issue, you always find the right solution.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Customer Service team across all regions
  • Resolve customer issues with speed and care
  • Set clear priorities and create a structured division of tasks within the team
  • Work closely with other departments to improve our service processes
  • Manage team capacity proactively, especially during busy periods, coordinating our flexible team and external partners when needed
  • Monitor customer service performance based on key metrics and implement improvements where needed

About you

  • You are hands on and love working as part of a team to achieve top results
  • You are analytical and keep a cool head even during peak times
  • You bring empathy, energy and a positive approach to problem solving
  • You know how to balance customer satisfaction with business goals
  • You have relevant experience and speak fluent Dutch and English, with German as a bonus
