What you will do and learn
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and chat
- Support administrative tasks such as processing orders and returns
- Share ideas to help improve our customer satisfaction
- Assist in marketing and sales campaigns
- Gain hands-on experience with tools like Shopify, Gorgias, Excel, Monta Portal and more
Who you are
- A confident communicator
- You speak and write fluent Dutch. English is a plus
- A true team player
- Proactive and solutions focused
- Eager to learn and ready to take initiative
- Calm under pressure
- Currently studying an MBO course in Commercial Support

The practical bits
- You will be based at our cosy office in s Hertogenbosch
- Internship starts from the beginning of the 2025 to 2026 academic year
- Start date and duration to be agreed
- You will receive an internship allowance plus travel expense reimbursement
