Three reversible zones for personalised comfort
The Cloudpillo Flex Mattress features three reversible zones: a soft foam layer, a firm foam layer and a central pocket spring layer. Each zone has two sides, one softer and one firmer. By switching the order or flipping the layers, you create 8 unique comfort setups. On top of that, the pocket springs on each side can be set differently which is ideal if you and your partner prefer something different.

After your 100 night trial, you get 10 full years of warranty. If something goes wrong during that time, just reach out to our Dream Team and we will send you a new mattress at no extra cost. Now that is peace of mind.
(The warranty does not cover damage caused by user error such as stains, tears or holes. Or if you try to modify the mattress yourself. But why would you want to?)

Super simple. You can test your Cloudpillo Mattress at home for 100 nights. If you are not completely satisfied, we will pick it up free of charge and refund the full amount to your account. The trial starts on the day your mattress is delivered.

Once unpacked, the mattress takes about 48 hours to fully expand. However, it will already be suitable to sleep on after just 1 hour.
We do everything we can to ensure your delivery goes smoothly. As soon as the courier picks up your Cloudpillo Mattress, we will send you an email with the expected delivery date. The courier will then keep you updated with a track and trace link.
For larger mattress sizes, we will contact you personally to arrange the best delivery time. You will still receive a confirmation email and tracking updates from the courier.
