HR Coordinator

Are you someone who thrives on structure, enjoys helping people and loves keeping things organized? Then we are looking for you. As an HR Coordinator at Cloudpillo, you are the face behind our HR administration, onboarding and recruitment support. You make sure new colleagues feel welcome from day one, that our processes run smoothly and that our team always has a friendly and reliable HR contact. You spot opportunities for improvement and take initiative to implement them.
You will work closely with our Operations Director (your manager) and our finance team. With around 30 employees, we are a close-knit and growing team where your work truly makes a difference. This role is perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of HR experience who wants to grow further while also enjoying a solid administrative foundation.
Responsibilities:
HR administration and absence management
- You manage personnel records in Nmbrs and handle sickness and recovery reporting through our absenteeism portal.
- You support with absence-related questions and track deadlines under the Gatekeeper Improvement Act.
- You work according to the CAO Retail Non Food collective agreement.
Onboarding and offboarding
- You ensure a warm welcome for every new colleague – from access pass to workspace and intro.
- You manage development conversations and the associated documentation.
- You contribute ideas for improving our HR processes and make sure those improvements are actually implemented.
- You manage the complete offboarding process and ensure everything is handled properly.
Recruitment and communication
- You screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews.
- You schedule interviews with hiring managers and keep the process on track.
- You handle internal communication for personnel changes such as onboarding, internal moves and exits.
Organization and support
- You help organize team events and outings.
- You occasionally book flights for our leadership team (a few times a year).
Who are you?
- We get excited if you recognize yourself in the following:
- You are warm, approachable and service oriented.
- You work with precision, are structured and keep oversight.
- You communicate clearly in Dutch and are comfortable in English. German is a plus.
- You have an HR related education or relevant practical experience.
- You have 1 to 3 years of HR experience and are up to date with current laws and regulations.
- You enjoy improving processes but are also happy with day to day administrative tasks.
- You enjoy working from the office and prefer short lines of communication (this role is fully based in our Den Bosch office).
